Where can I get extra help?

If you ever need some extra help you should either use the request help option which is in all chat boxes or else click on the Chat Window option at the top of the screen. On chat or if you request help, a player helper will usually reply to any questions you may have. Player Helpers are easy to tell apart from normal players because they have wings on their back.
